Indian Army, Army Recruiting Office Hisar invites online application for Soldier General Duty, Indian Gorkha (All Category) and Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical. Army Recruitment Rally for the posts will be held from 30th July, 2020 to 08th August, 2020 at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Stadium, Sirsa (Haryana). INDIAN ARMY, ARMY RECRUITING OFFICE HISAR INVITES ONLINE APPLICATION FOR SOLDIER GENERAL DUTY, INDIAN GORKHA (ALL CATEGORY) AND SOLDIER CLERK/ STORE KEEPER TECHNICAL. LAST DATE — 14/07/2020

1. SOLDIER GENERAL DUTY

Educational Qualification: Class 10th/ Matric pass with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For Board following grade system, minimum of D grade (33-40) in individual subjects or grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate of C2 grade.

Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 21 years.

2. INDIAN GORKHA (ALL CATEGORY)

Educational Qualification: Educational Qualification and Age as applicable in their category. For details please see the Official Advt.

3. SOLDIER CLERK/ STORE KEEPER TECHNICAL

Educational Qualification: i) 10+2/ Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce and Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject.

ii) Securing 50% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class 12th is mandatory.

Age Limit: Between 17 ½ – 23 years.

Army Recruitment Rally for the posts will be held from 30th July, 2020 to 08th August, 2020 at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Stadium, Sirsa (Haryana).

Only candidates of districts of Hisar, Jind, Fatehabad and Sirsa in Haryana are eligible to apply.

Physical Standards:

(i) For Soldier General Duty: Height — 170 cms; Chest (unexpanded) — 77 cms; Chest (expanded) — 82 cms; Weight — 50 kgs.

(ii) For Soldier General Duty (Oustees of Bhakar Dam): Height — 163 cms; Chest (unexpanded) — 77 cms; Chest (expanded) — 82 cms; Weight — 48 kgs.

(iii) For Indian Gorkha (All Category): Height — 157 cms; Chest (unexpanded) — 77 cms; Chest (expanded) — 82 cms; Weight — 48 kgs.

(iv) For Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical: Height — 162 cms; Chest (unexpanded) — 77 cms; Chest (expanded) — 82 cms; Weight — 50 kgs.

(v) For Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical (Oustees of Bhakar Dam): Height — 162 cms; Chest (unexpanded) — 77 cms; Chest (expanded) — 82 cms; Weight — 48 kgs.

Candidates must not have knock knee, flat foot, varicose vein or squint in eyes and should possess high colour vision. They must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties.

Candidates’ Selection: Selection of candidates will be through Physical Fitness Test, Physical Measurement Test, Medical Test and Written Test through Common Entrance Examination (CEE).
